PRINCE2 · PMBOK · Agile

A solid project foundation, before the board signs.

Charlie is the highly experienced, personal AI project consultant for project managers. He reviews existing project documents and, where needed, drafts new ones together with the project manager.

  • The documents of the organisation’s own method (PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile), in its own template
  • The questions that matter; anything missing is clearly marked
  • A well thought-out foundation before the project starts
  • An estimated 8 to 65 hours less writing, depending on size and complexity
Shared information stays confidential. Project data is accessible only through the owner’s account, is not used to train AI, and is permanently deleted 30 days after the last activity. How it is arranged

Project data is accessible only through the owner’s account, is not used to train AI, and is permanently deleted 30 days after the last activity.

Access to the project
Every project is tied to one email address. Access runs through a sign-in link sent to that address; the link works once and is valid for 30 minutes. After 2 hours without activity, and at most 12 hours after signing in, the session ends automatically. A new sign-in link reopens every project under the email address.
AI processing
Through Anthropic’s commercial API, in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Project data is not used to train AI models. Anthropic deletes it within 30 days.
Data deletion
Automatic and permanent, 30 days after the last activity. Can be done at once by the owner, per project or in full, uploaded files included.
Storage and connection
Encrypted storage and an encrypted connection (TLS). Documents have no public address; downloading requires signing in.
Backups
Contain no project content, only payment records kept for tax purposes. Deleted project data cannot be restored.

All terms, including the exceptions, are in the privacy statement.

Free document check

Upload a charter, PID or plan. Charlie reviews the first 25% for free and shows what a board would stop.

Project team in a meeting around a table

No project document yet? Draft it with Charlie.

Choose the method, PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile, and upload the material available: a project brief, an assignment or personal notes. Charlie runs the intake interview and writes that method’s document in PDF and Word. The interview and a preview are free. Payment only follows when the document is downloaded, from € 75.

The sign-in link arrives by email. No password or account is needed.

Try Charlie on a sample project

Click through a real project record: a data centre move, halfway through the intake interview. Answer a few of Charlie's questions and watch the open points and the coverage move. In the demo Charlie does not write a document.

The sign-in link arrives by email. The demo allows 10 messages to Charlie.

The demo record: step 1 Project Charter is 50% covered, with the open points Charlie still wants to know.

Why not just use an AI chatbot?

A chatbot answers the question it is asked. A good charter depends on the questions nobody has asked yet.

Aspect AI chatbot Charlie
Who asks the questions Usually the user. What gets forgotten often never comes up. Charlie, working through a fixed list of 13 topics for a charter. He stops only when every topic is covered or deliberately parked.
What is missing Often gets filled in plausibly. An invented tolerance looks just as convincing as a real one. Stays in the document as "TO BE COMPLETED", with the reason. The action list names who is likely to know.
Result Text in a chat window. Formatting, tables and diagrams are manual work. PDF and Word in the organisation’s own template, with organisation chart, timeline and risk matrix.
Follow-up Context has to be carried by hand from one document to the next. The next document of the route builds on the approved one before it, in the terms of the same method.
Data Depends on the service and its settings. Not used to train AI, deleted after 30 days.

Newly certified? Charlie asks the questions an experienced consultant would ask, and everything that is missing comes with the reason it is needed.

Experienced? The project manager stays in charge. Charlie does the questioning and the writing; the project manager reviews.

Charlie does not manage the project. He makes sure the foundation is in place, so project manager, sponsor and board know what they are deciding on.

One route per method

A project manager works in their own method, and so does Charlie: each route uses only the documents and terms of PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile. Each document builds on the one before. With an approved first document already in place, the work starts at the second.

PRINCE2

With a project board, management stages, tolerances and product-based planning.

  1. Step 1 Project Brief Should the project be initiated, and on what basis?
  2. Step 2 Project Initiation Documentation (PID) How will the project be directed and controlled?
  3. Step 3 Stage Plan What will the next stage deliver, by whom and when?

PMBOK

With a sponsor, subsidiary plans, a WBS and baselines for scope, schedule and cost.

  1. Step 1 Project Charter Is the project authorised, and with what mandate?
  2. Step 2 Project Management Plan How will the project be executed, monitored and controlled?
  3. Step 3 Scope, Schedule and Cost Baselines What exactly will be done, when, and for what budget?

Agile (Scrum)

With a Product Owner, sprints, a Definition of Done and a roadmap by release.

  1. Step 1 Agile Project Charter Why this product, for whom, and how do we work together?
  2. Step 2 Roadmap and Release Plan What arrives when, and with what capacity?

How it works

  1. Upload the material

A brief, or the approved document from the previous step, in PDF, Word or Markdown. With the organisation’s own template, the document follows its structure and numbering.

  2. The interview

Two or three targeted questions at a time on scope, stakeholders, governance, tolerances and risks. Nothing is assumed.

  3. Review and download

The watermarked preview comes first. After a one-off payment follow PDF, Word and Markdown, diagrams included.

What it saves in time

Talking to stakeholders, getting decisions made and freeing up budget remains the project manager’s job. What disappears: structuring, writing, building tables and diagrams, formatting, and working out what is still missing.

Project size Documents Today With the tool Difference Cost
Smallone team, under 6 months First document 12–16 h 5–7 h 8 h € 75
Mediumseveral teams, project board, 6–12 months Two documents 35–55 h 16–22 h 25 h € 125
Large and complexmulti-year, regulated, external suppliers Whole route 100–160 h 55–70 h 65 h € 150

This is an estimate, not a promise. The hours come from a model, not from measurements with customers. The actual saving depends on what was already written down and how many review rounds the organisation requires. What does hold: € 75 is less than one hour of a project manager.

What is a Project Charter?

A Project Charter is the document that formally authorises a project. It records why the project exists, what it will deliver, who decides, what tolerances apply and which risks are known. In PRINCE2 the equivalent is the Project Brief plus the Project Initiation Documentation; in PMBOK it is the Project Charter that grants the project manager authority. Without a signed charter a project manager has no formal mandate — and no defence when scope shifts later.
