Terms and conditions
This is a template. Have it reviewed before going live. This is not legal advice.
1. Service
[COMPANY NAME] provides an online tool that drafts project documents to PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile, such as a Project Brief, PID, Project Charter or roadmap, from information you supply. The service is a tool, not advice. As project manager you remain responsible for the content, accuracy and applicability of the document.
2. Not professional advice
The generated document does not replace legal, financial or management advice. Always review it before putting it in front of a board or client. Passages marked "TO BE COMPLETED" must be filled in or validated by you.
3. Payment and delivery
The watermarked preview is free. The clean document becomes available after a one-off payment per document via Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. After payment the document can be downloaded immediately as PDF, Word and Markdown.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have a fourteen-day cooling-off period. The document and the full document check are delivered digitally straight after payment. On the payment page you therefore tick a box confirming that you want immediate delivery and understand that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; you cannot pay without it. You receive a confirmation of this by email. If a document demonstrably does not work as described, contact [SUPPORT@DOMAIN].
5. Availability and retention
Your document stays available in your session for 30 days and is then permanently deleted, including after payment. Store your download locally; we cannot supply a copy once it is deleted.
6. Use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to upload material you have no rights to, or in a way that overloads the service. We may block accounts that abuse the service without refund.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the document in question. We are not liable for consequential loss, lost profit, or damage arising from decisions taken on the basis of the document.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in [DISTRICT].
