Which documents belong to which method?
PRINCE2: Project Brief, PID (with the project plan inside it) and Stage Plan. PMBOK: Project Charter, Project Management Plan and the scope, schedule and cost baselines. Agile (Scrum): Agile Charter and Roadmap with release plan; Agile has two documents and therefore no bundle. Each document answers one question, without overlapping the others. If you only need one, buy one.
Amounts include VAT. The discovery interview allows up to 60 exchanges per document: 60 messages from you, each with a reply from Charlie. The completeness check does not count towards that. Each document includes one revision; after that a revision session costs € 35 for two more rebuilds. Because the document is delivered digitally straight away, the payment page asks you to confirm that you want immediate delivery and thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
What it saves in time
Talking to stakeholders, getting decisions made and freeing up budget remains the project manager’s job. What disappears: structuring, writing, building tables and diagrams, formatting, and working out what is still missing.
